Hermes Sample Sale

I spent the morning at the Hermes sample sale at the Music Rooms on South Molton Lane. I was there with a friend and his mother. His mother was shopping with a mission. My friend and I were there as extra hands to ensure she didn't lose out on things and she always had a place in queues. We got a free meal out of it and a chance to palm some Hermes leather. I got invited along because my friend knows I have a thing for Hermes scarves.

I saw a lot of beautiful things that I would've hpapily owned, but nothing I could even begin to justify. What blew me away was the Bugatti Veyron Hermes Edition parked outside. I cannot begin to describe the look of the car, but hopefully this video will go a little way in explaining the luxury.

I was just surprised people have money to roll like this in a recession.
