you have to do what normal people won't do."
I currently live in a complex that is six years old with allocated parking and a security gate. My apartment is walking distance from the centre of town. It is spacious, modern and airy. I adore it. Nevertheless, I am moving out of my swanky digs - I gave my notice this week. I'm looking for somewhere cheaper because, at this time, I feel my money can go farther elsewhere. I can afford the rent where I live, but I choose not to anymore.
I forgot how tedious apartment hunting was. I forgot how many dumps I'd have to look at. I forgot how many times I would find somewhere perfect, but lose out because somebody beat me to it. I also forgot how pushy estate agents are.
Normal people take, on average, 2 holidays a year
Normal people don’t work an extra job purely to save the income
Normal people live paycheque to paycheque
Normal people dip into allocated funds
Normal people budget reasonably well
